Who We Are...
High Tide Docks was founded in 1999 By Gary Fowler and Henry Powers. Their values, quality of work, and industry leading designs contribute to 25 years of business. In 2024, Paul Adkins took the company reins and looks forward to continuing the High Tide Dock legacy.
Paul Adkins comes from 20 years of experience as a residential and commercial General Contractor. Paul gained experience and knowledge while working with large scale General Contractors across the US. Most recently, Paul worked with one of the largest apartment developers in the Atlanta area. Paul’s experience in all phases of construction and development makes him a natural fit for High Tide Docks.
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and their beloved dogs.
